About Me
Name megan i 36 years old i am reliable hard working i really enjoy working with children. As a mother myself, I understand how difficult it can be daily and the challenging we face everyday. I know first it be nervouse too leave your child in the hands of someone else. My experiences from being parent, nanny and baby sitting support family for various areas as volunteer local too me this has provided me with good skills in childcare. I feel very comfortable and competent caring for children. My experiences with my own children addtional needs learning difficulties, adhd and Austism and speach difficulties has given tools on how adapt for each indival child. Also that routines can be important to follow much possible were possible .
I aim to provide a caring and supportive environment and a variety of activities that children will enjoy and i happy do any activities that asked to do :) I also happy to do house old jobs and cooking and shopping as when required.
My Experience
i have worked in nurserys, children residential agency. I am babysittering for friends and family and recently on here i been part time nanny 2 families and respite . I was brought up looking after all my siblings special my sister . I big family. I have lot experice from own children with children have learning diffcuts, speach difficulties,experience with special needs. I also work children in care in all ages.I learned lots as mum and found that every child has own way learning it exiting see . I feel i have lots experiences with children addtional needs and behaviours . I like reading also spare time like sewing and arts crafts . My children also had allergies so used to this :) any questions just ask :) i can do overnight depending when want and just need little notice were possible:)
My Qualifications
Numeracy and English level 2. NVQ ChildCare Level 2
Basic First Aid Training
DBS i have updates aviable when required :)
Experence with learning Difficulties , speach and behaviour, Adhd and autism i been lots of parents course and makton training.
My Availability
I am offering a flexible and adhoc child-minding babysitting / Nannying / Respite service. For this reason, prices will be need to be discussed. Please pop me a message over with your requirement i fexiable i can only do some weekends as i children my self unless got notice maximum 2 weekends a month . i have own car and drive :) i happy travel depending hrs and location just need notice any questions just aski :). i can also do respite for anyone that need normal 7pm-8am but can be adjust this around £140-£185 depending what needed :) this most at weekend only :) I happy travel but if out my location i do request mimium hrs etc i can do some full days school

- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
13hr approz nanny babysitting starting £13 - 16 depending on circumstances i can also do respite for anyone that need normal 7pm-7am but can be adjust this around £140-£180 depending what needed :) can do do during week and some weekends :) Also do some full days school Holidays

Megan has been a god send for our family. She has a natural way with our daughter. She is very punctual , arrives early to catch up, this has been a key factor for us and not once has she been late! She is thorough and understands parental anxiety. She does above and beyond the regular routine and really tries to help. It feels like she considers it more than just her job. She is very accommodating to last minute requests. Having her around has helped us work long hours and shifts without stress, knowing we have someone we can rely on and our daughter has a genuine attachment with her. She is also keen to help around the house and actively communicates to keeps us in the loop. I couldn’t fault her if i tried and would be happy to recommend her without reservations.

Megan has been caring for my 4 year old and 16 month old for several months now and her care has been excellent. She is attentive, caring and the children always have fun when they are with Megan. Megan goes the extra mile for myself and my children. I would highly recommend Megan to others for their care needs.

Megan has been taking care of my 4months old baby for a month now, with him being so young..I was so worried about the person who will care for him whilst I return to work. Megan has been a life saver, she is so good with my boy, he loves her too. She cares for him like her own, take him out for activities, follow his routine and feedbacks to me which is quite reassuring, so, I don’t miss anything. She has been a great help for me too with some house chores and very accommodating of any delays with work or last minute requests…she has really made our lives easier and provided reassurance for my mommy worries. I hope she gets to look after all my future babies..Thank you Megan.

Megan has babysat for me several times now and has been brilliant. My eldest son finds it hard to take to new people and me leaving and Megan has made him feel so comfortable and he has enjoyed her looking after them both. He has also asked 'when is Megan looking after us again' it has made me feel comfortable and that my children are well looked after and safe.
