Set up by myself , Suzanne an OFSTED registered childminder, registered since 2007 and based in Tunbridge Wells.
Our Ethos is :

My team now extends to four key workers who have come from a variety of childcare background's such as Nursery practitioners and Childminders . Together we offer a wealth of experience and are very focused on high quality teaching in the Early Years. We like to take advantage of being able to visit the local parks and places of interest to support your child's learning and development. Fun activities/ sensory experiences are planned and tailored to your child's interests. We enjoy circle sing time, Imaginary play, story time and lots more.. We offer our children the same social interaction of similar aged children you would find in a small nursery to help develop Personal, Social and Emotional skills.
The main difference is the lower adult/child ratios we work to in childminding compared with a nursery environment which allow us to provide a much higher standard of quality childcare and importantly that "one to one " attention
Our facilities include a garage converted to our "Toy Store" plus a large, level and secure back garden so we can provide plenty of fun learning activities both indoors and out for all ages. We have several cars, perfect for outings to parks, play areas play centers and local places of interest to broaden our learning
We are based in Sandhurst Park, TN2, Just a short walk to High Brooms station, ideal if you need to commute. There is always plenty of parking front of house for easy drop offs and pick ups.
We have beautiful, docile and affectionate Persian cats who love being petted by the children who come here.
We are a Provider of Free Early Education for two, three year and four year olds
With regards to my personal background, I was educated at Tonbridge Girls Grammar School and have had previous careers in Sales.
*Please note we do not offer half day sessions as this potentially takes away a whole day that could be offered to another family.
* Our minimum contract is 3 days per week
* We offer term time & all year round contracts
* We no longer provide school wrap around care
* We do not accept children under 15 months of age
* We offer "school day sessions" which are 9-3

My daughter has been at TW kids for nearly a year, and I can't recommend them enough. Susanna takes all the children's health and safety very seriously, while still remaining very warm, approachable and nurturing.
Susanna has hired some really wonderful caregivers who I have complete confidence in. I think there is a good balance of structured play and free chilled play. It's a cosy home away from home vibe, and we love it!

Where to begin?
Kyz is my baby. He has always been smart, ahead, opinionated, so loving, free, creative and a brave softy, it was important we found a good place for him as nursery was making him act out, regress etc and it just wasn’t right. If you knew my son, he is shy initially, when visiting Su’s house he was IMMEDIATELY playing and happy. The energy there is light, happy, loving. I feel like I send my son to a house of nans/aunts, siblings. I love that it is a home from home, we have real conversations on pick up and drop off. I’m not from Twells so it’s like I have family too. I’ve even shed a tear or two with Tracy! Two ladies there are Muslim and helped my son a daughter (who is at school) love Islam and have an interest! My children are bi-racial so I loved the diversity.
I personally cannot put into words how sad I am to be leaving there in September, feel like I’m losing a part of my family too!! In just a short few months my son has became more educated, calmer, happy, independent and so many more, he LOVES school and friends he made! I only wish we found them sooner!
So I will enjoy our last few months, and when I have a baby (if my husband gets his way) we will be back a million percent. Thank you for everything, all of you, the laughs, conversations and being real people who love the kids and their jobs. You will all be remembered and missed! ❤️

My son has been going to Suzanne for about a year now and has absolutely thrived since being with her! Just within as little as a couple of weeks of my son being at TW kids I saw a huge change in him, he gets so excited to go, loves doing all the arts/crafts, games and interacting! The staff are so kind, helpful and really care for the children. Love getting daily updates and photos about what my son has been doing during his day with Suzanne. Highly recommend, best decision for my son was choosing for him to go to Suzanne.

Having moved to the area just before our daughter’s 2nd birthday we were looking for an environment that would allow her to feel settled and secure to help with the adjustment of moving. TW kids did this and more. The entire staff have been so caring and helpful and our daughter has really blossomed whilst her time there. We are all going to miss everyone at TW kids and couldn’t recommend them more highly to look after your little one.

My son has been attending TW kids for 2 years and he has loved it since day 1!
All the staff are kind, warm and welcoming and Suzanne the owner ensures that any new staff taken on are of a very high standard.
There is a vast range of toys that get rotated every day. Leo also loves making arts and crafts with the staff and the huge garden. They take regular trips out and always partake in a range of engaging activities.
We are kept up to date with my son’s day on the EYLog app and receive reports on his development.
I would highly recommend TW kids to everyone for its outstanding care but mainly because the staff are fantastic and I know Leo is well cared for.
