The most loving and caring Childminder

When Lulu opens the door in the morning, she always does it with such love and passion for the children and families that you see first hand that she was born to do this profession. With three children being 6 and under we have had our children in quite a few childcare settings but we are so pleased we found Lulu and have her support to manage our rather challenging family logistics. Nothing we ask of her and Roy is ever too much or any trouble. They do our drop offs, pick ups and look after our littlest one with such care and enthusiasm that I am just so grateful we can call her part of our extended family. My baby daughter loves Lulu, smiles and stretches out her arms every time she sees her. Beyond the usual care requirements, which are performed to the highest standard, Lulu provides an exceptional amount of wisdom and hands on approach that has truly benefitted our family. My baby sleeps so well now and goes to sleep by herself which I put down to her exceptional routine at Lulu's. Every time she has a rash or sickness, Lulu is on hand to provide information from her vast experience as a childminder. There isnt anything she hasnt seen before or that she doesnt know. Above all, I really appreciate her communication channel, never shy to send us pictures and videos of our kids and tell us what theyve been up to. I don't take this for granted as it's not the same for every setting so I appreciate it even more that she takes the time out to update us on anything that is relevant or even just nice to know. We trust her with our precious gang and would do so again over and over. Both Lulu and Roy are extremely loyal and above all, reliable. Always putting their famlies' needs as their priority. Frankly, you will have to look hard to find such a hard working childcare duo as these two. Thank you Lulu and Roy for all you do.

Incredibly lucky to have Louise and Roy!

We have been incredibly lucky to have found Louise (Lulu) and Roy as childminders for our two boys. Having a childminder before here my youngest would not settle in the environment leaving them refusing to look after him! On our first settling in day at their house my youngest settled straight away and I knew this was the place for my boys! They are such a massive help for us as we both work full time and shift work they are very flexible and understanding with changing pick up/drop off times etc to accommodate our family. They work with us to keep routines for the boys so they have stability. The boys love going to their house and it is like home from home for them. They are always doing fun activities and constantly engaging with the children. The boys have developed so much from going to their house in the last 18 months. Louise is always at the end of the phone for advice and assistance. They have been a great addition to our family and we couldn’t do it without them. I am so thankful for everything that they do!

It’s like having family near !

Me and my partner are both working and have no family in London, which made raising our little daughter very complicated for us . Finding Lulu and Roy was a game changer and I’m so grateful and couldn’t recommend them enough!! They are genuinely warm and kind hearted people with immense love for children and animals ! Their concern for the little ones is real and doesn’t limit to the time they’re in there ! I’ve felt Lulu like a source of constant support and advice as a new mom and so happy we’ve found her ! Our daughter was only one when she started and learned so much from them- she is very polite and friendly and eats everything- I really hope she can be with this family as much as possible!

Lulu is the most amazing childminder

Lulu is a wonderfull childminder. Your heart is full of love and every child can fell this.
She is kind, funny, atentive and very professional.  She is the best childminder my son could have. We are so gratefull for her to be allways so wonderful with our son and with us as well. After a terrible experience with another childminder, she is like a gift for us. And besides everything she cooks delicious and nutritive meals for the kids, what I think very important.
My son loves her and we all too!

The BEST there is!

I wanted to leave another review as it feels valuable for searching parents. Lu and Roy have looked after my daughter for nearly a year now and as a family we have enjoyed every minute. We recently experienced an incident which meant my daughter needed to be taken to hospital. The way the whole thing was dealt with by Lu and Roy was outstanding. They care for your children as if they are your own and I really don’t believe you can ask for more than that.
We trust them both implicitly, so much so they will be looking after our latest addition next September when I head back to work. Repeat custom says volumes! Both Lu and Roy are genuinely two of the nicest, most caring individuals I have met and as a family we feel very lucky to have them in our lives!
