About Me
I have a caring,charismatic and confident approach when supporting individuals. I am responsible, reliable and mature. Other traits include easy to connect with, resilient and extremely patient.
My 4 years as a support worker has included looking after individuals with severe physical & mental hardship. My shifts where 14 hrs & I am also use/comfortable to work nights.
I promote person centred approaches, value equality and diversity, and have many certificates in first aid, PBS, MCA etc.
I am confident cooking, cleaning, sticking to a routine (if preferred) and working with animals also.
I am happy to provide references and I have a rolling DBS.
My Experience
I have 4 years experience as a disability support worker. I looked after 4 adults with disabilities but have also support a child with disabilities as well.
My Qualifications
Currently studying a degree with a scholarship. Qualification in an Access course Psychology & health and social care.

English,English literature,Maths,Sciences,RE,Childcare BTEC,Health & Social care NVQ level 2,
Communication work placement and team building level 1.
My Availability
Flexible/ I study 8 hrs a week at university, I am also free every weekend and during holidays I can work any time.
