About Me
Hiya! My name is Kysha and I am a third-year Psychology student about to graduate from the University of Birmingham. I currently work as an SEN TA in a primary school and I absolutely adore the children that I have the privilege of working with. I have been tutoring for four years now, from age 6 to age 18.
I provide:
Maths and English SATS preparation/ general KS1 and 2 tutoring sessions
Maths, English and Psychology GCSE tutoring
Psychology A-level tutoring
Babysitting services
As a student, for me, nothing is more frustrating than feeling hopeless when you don't understand something (maths used to make me cry!). However, with the best teachers and patience, all students have an endless amount of potential and should be encouraged to maximise that. My time spent in education has taught me that great teachers produce great students and, consequently, great results.
My Experience
I have delivered 317 lessons on a different tutoring platform and currently work in a Primary school. As part of my role, I deliver interventions to struggling year 3 and 4 students to help support them with their learning. I use trusted websites that other teachers use such as TES and Twinkle to provide resources for my lessons. I build very good rapports with the students, tailoring each lesson to their learning style and interests.
I also provide babysitting services. I have worked in 4 different nursery settings, ranging from 4 months old to 4 year olds. I provide a nurturing figure for children and love to have fun with them whilst supporting their learning.

My Availability
Easter break:
W/C 1st April - unavailable.
W/C 8th April - definitely available but TBC exact dates. Happy to negotiate. Available weekends
W/C 15th April - Available all evenings and all day Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
I deliver my tutoring sessions via zoom. I charge £30/h for tutoring sessions and
£25/h for babysitting.
Group sessions of 3/4 = £17/h if you have multiple children/know any other parents looking for tutors.
