Hi
Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a Qualified Maternity Nurse/Nanny and Night Nanny covering Surrey.
I also work part time (mornings only) as a teaching assistant at a leading independent prep school.
I studied Midwifery for 18 months before moving onto training and working as a maternity nurse. I then became qualified as a sleep consultant and Infant Massage Teacher.
I am confident, patient and discreet. I pride myself on also being punctual and reliable.

My Availability
I am able to offer regular or ad hoc afternoons for parents with young babies who need some respite and guidance with sleep routines.
I am currently working at a school at the moment so only available outside of term time.

I had Lori for 2 h to help me with my 6 months baby while I was having an interview. Sometimes it is hard to find childcare for only a couple of hours but Lori's availability was exactly what I needed. She and the baby had a great connection as the baby accepted her straight away. The positive energy and the kindness makes her perfect for babies. My baby had a very good time playing as I found her really happy when I finished.

Lori joined us for 3 months in January 2013 working 5 nights a week looking after our twin boys.
The boys were born 11 weeks premature and were adjusted age -3 weeks when Lori started with us. She was exceptionally caring, highly professional and a real pillar of support for us both.
She worked closely with us to establish good feeding and sleeping routines, and by end March 2013 the twins had dropped night feeds.
Lori advised on routines and care throughout the day, helped us establish a lovely and calming bedtime routine, and was happy to discuss daytime feeding and nap strategy.
She was a real pleasure to work with, and we would happily recommend her to other parents. We are happy to provide references.
