I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder, providing flexible childcare from birth upwards, in a caring home environment. My aim is to support parents to help their children become independent, happy, confident and well rounded individuals, to thrive & reach their full potential.
I work reliably, professionally, with high standards and in close partnership with parents. My home is very child oriented, welcoming & friendly and I am a warm, caring, calm, organised & safety conscious person; this helps babies and children to settle quickly and securely with me. I provide wrap around care for nursery and school; this will ensure the stability, familiarity and security of continuous care for your child throughout babyhood and their school life.
I have comprehensive plans, policies and procedures which I follow covering all aspects of my setting, providing important information and peace of mind for parents. I understand how difficult it can sometimes be for parents returning to work. I fully appreciate the responsibility involved when caring for someone’s child. Parents are central to their child’s life and the ones making decisions on their behalf. I therefore always do my best to be supportive and involve parents, to instil confidence, to meet their wishes and their child’s needs, working together for the benefit of their child.
Sharing information is made a high priority, allowing parents vital involvement in their child’s day and providing continuity of their child’s care.
My training is extensive and ongoing. It includes achieving my CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Childminding Practice in October 2011. I complete a 12 hour training course in Paediatric First Aid every 3 years. I also complete courses in Child Protection, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety every 3 years. I attend training offered to support the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ and ‘Every Child Matters’. I also attend courses on Equal Opportunities, Inclusion, Diversity and Partnership Working. I have attended many other training courses, workshops, support groups and information sessions and am committed to keeping abreast of relevant training in the future. This is all taken on outside my working hours.

My Experience
I have been childminding for 12years and I love it.
I have experience with twins and new born babies.
I go the extra mile at all times and will also help parents by tailoring childcare for your individual needs.
I am also first aid trained and also hold a food and hygiene certificate.
Meals are prepared on a daily basis.
Breakfast and lunch and dinner provided and inclusive of fees.
We provide Milk and water and smoothies too.
Plenty of fruit served each day and healthy snacks.
Children in my setting are also encouraged to be potty trained and I work in partnership with parents to reach this goal.
Before any child moves on they are potty trained and ready for primary school.
My Qualifications

My daughter has been going to Kristina for around 6 months now. Before I found Kristina I was a little anxious about leaving my little girl as she was quite clingy and could be quite shy around new people. Kristina was always very reassuring and always let me know my daughter was settled once I had dropped her off. After a couple of weeks of taking her, my little girl couldn't be happier to go! Even putting her arms out to her at the door. This is so lovely and comforting to see. She absolutely loves going now! She's always so happy and full of smiles whenever we go. Love getting the reports at the end of the day to see what they have been up to. They get out and about and are always busy doing something. She's loves bringing me her drawings and things that they have made home. My daughter has come on so much since going to Kristina, learning lots of new things and her confidence with other children has really come on. Couldn't fault this lady! She does an amazing job! Would highly recommend 😊

My twin boys go here and Kristina is absolutely amazing with them. They are always so smiley when they come out! I always love the updates at the end of the day as to what the boys have been up to during the day. She takes them everywhere like the play gyms and also the farm. I couldn’t recommend Kristina enough. She is amazing with my boys.

Kristina is amazing. She has been very accommodating to our childcare needs. My daughter smiles every time I take her and I just know that she’s in a safe place with the best care and I don’t need to worry. Her daily reports give a great insight to what kind of day my daughter has had and every day is different and educational, plus she provides healthy meals. I don’t know how she does it all to be honest!

Kristina is amazing and my little girl always has a big smile on her face when I drop her off. She provides home-made healthy meals and takes good care of her throughout. The level of learning is brilliant and she teaches the children different things each day. Kristina takes the children to play gyms and to the park often so they are enjoying the lovely outside daily. Overall would highly recommend and one very satisfied mamma and baby :D

I honestly cannot fault this woman! She’s absolutely amazing! So invested in the children, provides the best care possible. My son Sudais totally adores her, I even got jealous when he first started going because it was like he preferred her over me and didn’t even want to come home lol
Honestly, she’s incredible. From the daily reports, to the home cooked freshly prepared meals, to the daily themed schedule, not to mention all the days out and activities the children do! She’s just fantastic.
Such a warm, inviting smile when you get to the door, makes me wish I was a kid again and she was my childminder lol I feel so lucky to have found her, I couldn’t have found anyone more suited for Sudais’s growing needs and development. She truly is a supernanny and both me and my child absolutely love her. Thank you so much Kristina for everything you do for my son! I really do think you should do a YouTube channel on parenting tips, ideas for healthy meals and to share your knowledge on child development because the world needs your expertise. You’re amazing xx
