My name is Karolina, I live in Hornchurch with my partner and our dog. I am a Ofsted registered childminder, who provides a home from home, high quality childcare service for ages 0 months to 5 years which includes full day care, providing BREAKFAST,LUNCH,TEA also in between HEALTHY ORGANIC snacks.
I have always had a passion for seeing children develop and grow. Before I became a childminder I have had over 10 years hands on experience working within Childcare since 2012 as a Nursery practitioner/Room leader and Deputy manager.
All children in my care will be supervised at all times in a safe and secure environment. I risk assess my home on a daily basis and provide a smoke free home.

My Experience
My passion for working with children encouraged me to develop my understanding and knowledge by working as a nursery pratitioner /Room leader/Deputy manager . I believe with the hands experience I have gained will allow me to perform this role to a high standard. I am a diligent conscientious individual who is able to work as part as a team as well as work individually usýing my own initiative. I work well in a busy environment and have developed my problem solving skills. The ages I have worked with varied from babies all the way to teenagers including SEN children. This was a great opportunity I had be given to improve my communication skills in everyday situations with all different children.

I don’t know where to start, Karolina always welcomed my baby with a smile. She started looking after my daughter when she was 10months old and my baby loved their time together.
Karolina did so many activities with my daughter and took her out regularly. She constantly updated us with how my daughter was getting on throughout the day and with her help, my baby’s eating has improved so much too! Karolina really helped us out when we needed it, we’ve had to move to a closer setting but I know Karolina’s care will be hard to beat.

Karolina is very friendly, helpful and flexible. She has helped me out last minute countless times already when I got some ad hoc work/life commitments. My almost 3 year old goes there very happily and Karolina always shares at the end how the day went. The first day we went there we had a little warm up period for my son, and she showed all her registration forms and was super transparent, which I really appreciated. She has a lovely home and spacious garden with different play equipment. So glad she lives not too far from me!

From the very first moment I met Karolina, I felt so comfortable and so did my daughter. I instantly felt at ease and relaxed in her home. She has a beautiful home that is completely child friendly and has lots of space for the children to play, including a beautiful garden. Karolina is so brilliant with my daughter and they took to each other right away. She provides healthy meals/snacks throughout the day for my daughter (who is normally a fussy eater) and she loves every meal! I receive regular updates throughout the day on my daughters meals, what she is doing and lots of regular photos, so I always feel at ease! If I ever have any concerns or need to get hold of her, I know that Karolina is only a phone call/text message away and she will always respond to me quickly! Karolina is very flexible with her hours and is always willing to help me out, even in emergencies when I need my daughter looked after not on her set days. I get provided a daily sheet of what my daughter has eaten, played with, excelled in, how many nappy changes etc throughout the day. I couldn't recommend Karolina enough if you want a caring, thoughtful, intelligent person to child mind your child.

I highly recommend Karolina as a childminder! She's just been amazing and my little boy took to her so well! She's kind and caring and keeps my energetic boy entertained all day with activities. She keeps me updated throughout the day on how he's getting on too. Very professional ans flexible, I'm so pleased to have found her!
