About Me
Ofsted registered since 2013 “Good” graded, I am located two minutes away from Ealing Broadway Station living with my two boys (33 and 21 years old).
As a mother of 2 grown up children and a childminder for almost 11 years, I have extensive experience with all age groups and have minded for over 100 children during this time. The youngest children I have minded for were 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 14 weeks. The most common age starting to join my setting is 6-12 months old. I personally believe that the sooner the easier it will be for the child.
Along with my experience and studies, I have created my own style to approach minding babies and toddlers with its challenges. I only use a simple combination of independence & freedom, safety, enjoyment and learning with very few rules.
As strongly passionate about my children’s progress, I tend to carry on studying which helps improving my strategies every day. As a nonjudgmental professional, I am always keen on sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
I am honest, energetic, fully responsible and totally dedicated to what I am doing, providing a professional service with peace of mind complying with Early Years and Ofsted regulations.
I work with three kind and professional assistants family members, usually one at the time when needed. They are all registered with Ofsted as my assistants living and working in the premises. We mind for 4-8 children at a time age 0 to 4 years old mostly. Occasionally, we might have extra children over this age during half terms or holidays to help parents cope with work. These children are always the ones who used to be in my care when they were little and they only attend for one day or two as a backup plan. Unfortunately, we don’t have resources to entertain them enough at over 4 years old age but they get best possible care, food and attention. For me it’s a great way to keep in touch and an opportunity to see them again.
My setting is a safe home from home where little ones are nurtured, cared for and become part of the family making sure children are always happy in a friendly atmosphere as well as learning something new every day. I provide plenty of toys and activities to promote development and independence on your own child's interests.
Everything is written in paper in my setting for privacy and safety reasons, therefore no e-documents are available at all.

Suddenly our lovely dog passed away in July 2021 and we are not sure if we will get an other dog so soon.
My Experience
I love working with children and I am always happy to give them my full attention. I know how important my role is for their entire life as children will develop 80% of their brain, personality and independence by the age of 2-3 years old.
My Qualifications
As an experienced Ofsted registered childminder, I as well as my assistants hold all relevant qualifications, insurance, certificates and even more training than what is required as being passionate about what I do:

My assistants are my family members, all registered with Ofsted and they all have BDS, first aid and safeguarding certificates up to date.
My Availability
Childminding Monday to Friday from 8 am until 7 pm, including half terms/ school holidays with four weeks off over the whole year.
As we, childminders, have a very limited number of children, availability is quite rare. Please feel free to arrange a visit in advance for the waiting list. The visit usually takes 30 - 45 minutes while I will give you lots of information about myself & my family, my setting and my knowledge & experience.
Currently we have one full time vacancy to start in May, otherwise please feel free to register for our waiting list.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
I work on short/ long term contracts, subject to agreement and the fees are different for full time (40 h or more/week), part time (less than 40 h/week), occasionally or for siblings.
The fee must be paid monthly in advance.
A deposit has to be paid when the contract is signed to secure the place and it is refundable in the last invoice.
Childcare vouchers, tax free childcare , 1 y. o. and under, 2 y. o. and 3-4 y. o. founding are accepted.
Affordable babysitting services are available (subject to availability and arrangements) only for the families who have/had a child with me on a long term agreement. I aim to help parents to have evenings out, weekends away or work trips if I am available due to my deep understanding of the struggles of being a parent without help.

I had my son with Isabella for three years and she surprised me every day with the level of confidence and kindness she runs the setting. The entire family is as friendly and supportive in every aspect as you raise your needs, they are always there for you. They know respect and privacy along with being knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad to be one of the lucky people using their services! There could be millions of amazing things to say, I’m just keeping it simple in one word: FANTASTIC!

It cannot be explained enough how happy we are leaving our children with Isabella. She runs an unique setting where children are totally safe and entertained. They are coming home with new knowledge and life skills. Our little toddler developed his speech so much since going to Isabella. She is very kind and professional in the same time and knows well how to make parents relax when separated from their children. Isabella is an Angel to our family and truly don't know how we could cope with two little children and full time jobs without her. Thank you Isabella for everything you have done for us!

I had my son with Isabella for over two years and she took all the stress away from the first day!
My child was always well looked after and he was coming home with something new every day. We were part of the family all this time and my son was thrilled going to Isabella every morning and sometimes crying for going home.
We are really missing Isabella's healthy organic cooking. We are not getting from school anything near that. I strongly believe Isabella had a significant impact on what my child is now and I can't thank enough for that.
The way she manages the setting is unique and I think is above Montessori standards.
Absolutely a gorgeous human being!

Isabella is one of the kindest, caring and patient people I have met. Our two year old son is currently with Isabella and has been with her since late 2020. He absolutely adores her. As we get to her house he jumps with excitement and starts asking to see her. Her nursery set up feels like it’s one big happy family. That was so important to us when we were looking at nurserys. Conor is so well looked after and has grown from strength to strength while being looked after Isabella. I could honestly talk all day, but I will say myself and my husband could not recommend her highly enough. And I’m sure Conor would too.
